Chick-fil-A rated best drive-thru customer service in America... again

CINCINNATI (WKRC) - It is known for chicken, milkshakes and good customer service. And now, one report shows Chick-fil-A is the best of the best.

Chick-fil-A has been rated best drive-thru customer service in America, according to the 2023 Quick-Service Restaurant Drive-Thru study.That rates the 10 major U.S. chains.

It's the 10th year in a row Chick-fil-A has been atop the satisfaction index. The family-owned and privately held restaurant company got a score of 97%, which was 2% higher than 2022.

Perhaps it has something to do with the friendliness of employees at Chick-fil-A, which got a 91% rating. The next highest were Hardee's and Taco Bell at 79%.

QSR surveyed more than 1,000 customers of fast-food restaurants, ranking several factors including convenience, speed, and order accuracy.
