A Baltimore city woman celebrated her 100th birthday on Wednesday, with an appearance from one of the city's top elected officials.

For over 15 years, Mary Mossman has been a resident at the Christ Church Harbor Apartments.

Mossman was joined by many of the building's residents, the 90s-plus club, to celebrate her.

State's Attorney Ivan Bates was also at the party to celebrate Mossman, along with 97-year-old Betty Hwang, a member of the 90s-plus club, who played the piano.

When asked about her secret to maintaining good health, Mossman said, "Get along with one another. Love one another. Don't fight all the time. I mean, you only live once. And I think the best thing anybody can do is to love their neighbor, and get along with them."
