Country music singer Walker Hayes is selling his Thompson Station home, but his realtor didn't want to just try and sell it like everyone else.

Why not make a jingle?

Davey Hackett with Village Real Estate got the inspiration from one of his best friends, country music superstar Thomas Rhett.

Hackett's first thought was to go to Austin and Colin, the "Welcome to Nashville" guys whose videos have gone viral for their parody songs about Nashville.

He was on board and has thought about doing this actually for a while. We came together and came up with ideas. Once Walker said he wanted to list his house, we said this is the perfect one to start with," says Hackett.

The video now has more than 37,000 views on Hayes' Facebook page, and featured Hayes strumming away about his home with a parody of his hit, "Fancy Like."

The "Welcome to Nashville" guys then pop in with Hackett, where they perform a song about Hayes' home and why folks should buy it.

Hackett says it turned out great, and it's a song that gets stuck in your head.

Hayes' home is now under contract after being on the market for less than 24 hours.

We didn’t even set out to go viral. We just set out to, first, market the home, second, have a good time, and third, try to make people laugh and smile," says Hackett.

Hackett says he has more videos coming out, but don't worry. Although he says it helps, you don't have to be a country music star to be in one of his videos.

Hackett says it all comes down to what house it is, with different themes being incorporated into his videos.
