Police: Alabama woman arrested for holding party during COVID-19 shelter-in-place order

SPANISH FORT, Al. (WPMI) – The Baldwin County Sheriff's Office confirms to NBC 15 that52-year-old Kimberly Manly of Spanish Fort was arrested for having a house party at her Cometti Lane home during Alabama'sCOVID-19 shelter in place order.

Police say Manly was arrested Monday night and released Tuesday morning on a $1,000 bond.

It is a class B Misdemeanor, warranting not more than 6 months in jail, not more than $3,000 fine.
