A Massachusetts woman has taken to social media in hopes of finding her daughter’s lost toy.

In a tweet, Erica Fletcher said her daughter “is heartbroken” because she misplaced Hornzy Twigs, which Fletcher described as an “adorable pink baby giraffe,” in Terminal B of Boston Logan International Airport.

“We were in terminal B between the sidewalk and the American Airlines check in area. The giraffe's name is Hornzy Twigs. (Our last name is Thacher.) Here is a sketch by my daughter,” Fletcher wrote Saturday, also sharing a drawing of the toy. "I reported to @BostonLogan lost & found already.”

Fletcher later noted that she spoke with the airport’s help line, who told her Hornzy Twigs was not in lost and found. She added that she “didn't have high confidence that they knew what to look for. They didn't let me give a description. Anyone know someone at Logan who could really help?”

Fletcher’s posts have ignited a wave of social media support, as a photo she shared of Hornzy Twigs has been retweeted more than 16,000 times as of Monday at 4:30 p.m.

Fletcher noted Hornzy Twigs was likely left on the ground near the check-in area.

She said if anyone finds the toy they should send her a direct message.

“If found, pls contact me! @BostonLogan,” she retweeted.

American actress Busy Phillips shared Fletcher’s post, asking others to help find the beloved toy.

“We have to help find Hornsey Twigs! I know the pain of a lost stuffed animal!” Phillips tweeted.
