HOUSTON (SBG) — A video of a 5-year-old girl recovering from a spinal cord injury is warming hearts all over the country.

In the adorable video, Lily is seen singing along with her favorite song "Hollaback Girl" by Gwen Stefani as she completes a physical therapy session on a treadmill at Shriners Hospitals for Children in Houston.

“Music inspires her,” her grandmother told Shriners Hospitals for Children. “She has her good days and she has her bad days but she has remained very positive, and her progress in the last few weeks is phenomenal. The entire staff has been amazing.”

The staff at the hospital say they were able to give Lily the "sweet surprise" with the help of Little Wishes.

According to the hospital staff, Lily's treatment "includes speech, recreational, occupational and physical therapies" as she continues to recover from her spinal cord injury.
