WASHINGTON (SBG) -- Action. Tom Cruise. Space. What more do you need in a film?
Regardless of Tom Cruise's movie mission, NASA is ready to accept even if it seems impossible.
The space agency told CNN on Tuesday they are working with Cruise to shoot a film in outer space, aboard the International Space Station.
It's unclear how/when the actor will be launched into space, but, if it pans out, Cruise would be the first actor to endure extraterrestrial travel.
Astronauts have lived aboard the ISS since 2000, rotating every few months, but only a few high-paying tourists have visited since then.
