We've known for months that Disney is launching a streaming service that will unlock the riches of the company's vast vault that includes Marvel,Pixar, Star Wars, National Geographic and many of the family-friendly titles recently acquired from Twentieth Century Fox. Friday at D23, the company's annual fan even, audiences were shown trailers from some of the exclusive, original content that Disney plans to release in the coming months after the platform goes live in November.

Here's a look at the sizzle reel, a sampling of the many feature films and celebrated television programs that will be available only on Disney+.

The five trailers that made their debut at Friday's panel show the diversity of what Disney has planned. From Star Wars to Jeff Goldblum, there's going to be a little bit of everything and a lot of something for everyone.

Here's a peek (descriptions provided by Disney).

The Mandalorian

The first-ever live-action Star Wars series follows a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy, far from the authority of the New Republic.

High School Musical: The Musical: The Series

Set at the real-life East High, where the original movie was filmed, the series follows students as they count down to the opening of their school's first-ever production of High School Musical.

Lady and The Tramp

A timeless retelling of the 1955 animated classic about a pampered house dog and a tough but lovable stray who embark on an unexpected adventure and, despite their differences, grow closer and come to understand the value of home.

Noelle

Kris Kringle’s daughter Noelle must save Christmas by finding her missing brother Nick, who disappears after the pressures of taking over as Santa become too much.

The World According To Jeff Goldblum

Through the prism of Jeff Goldblum's always inquisitive and highly entertaining mind, no thing is as it seems in this new series.

Star Wars

On the Star Wars front, it was confirmed that Ewan McGregor will be reprising his role as Obi-Wan Kenobi on a series set between the prequel and original trilogies and confirmed that "The Mandalorian" series would be available when Disney+ launches in November. We also know that a Cassian Andor and K-2S0 series is in the works with Diego Luna. And, if you've forgotten, we're also getting a seventh season for the animated series "Star Wars: The Clone Wars."

Marvel Cinematic Universe

Marvel had actors, writers and directors on hand to talk about the previously announced "What If...?;" "Loki" withTom Hiddleston;"The Falcon and the Winter Soldier" featuring Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Daniel Brühl and Emily VanCamp;and "WandaVision" series. There new Marvel series were also announced for Disney+: "She-Hulk," "Moon Knight" and "Ms. Marvel." We also know that there will be a "Hawkeye" series starring Jeremy Renner.

There will be two Pixar series coming to Disney+ in the form of"Toy Story 4" spin-off "Forky Asks a Question" and "Monsters at Work", a new series featuring familiar and new characters from the Monster Inc. films.

Disney also announced two new shows: "Stargirl," an adaptation of Based on Jerry Spinelli's novel, a and a new Lizzie McGuire series featuring Hillary Duff.

Disney+ is expected to launch on November 12, 2019 and will cost $7 a month in the US.
