LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Rapper and reality show star Flavor Flav suffered minor injuries after he was attacked by a man at the South Point Casino-Hotel on Tuesday.
According to TMZ, Flav told police a man named UgandiHoward attacked him because he "somehow disrespected his mother." Flav says that Howard punched him in the face and kicked him while he was on the ground.
Flav told police that he fell to the ground after pulling a groin muscle. He went to the hospital to be examined and was released.
South Point security took Howard into custody. LVMPD cited him for battery and he was released.
