Financial guru Dave Ramsey's $15.45 million Tennessee home for sale

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WZTV) — Dave Ramsey's $15.45 million Tennessee hilltop estate is up for sale.

Ramsey, a personal finance expert and national radio host, runs Ramsey Solutions, a financial counseling business in Williamson County.

His 14.38 acre property is now listed for sale on Redfin. It comes with 14,000 square-feet of living space, including six beds and nine baths.

Last summer, Ramsey Solutions invested $52 million to expand its headquarters in the city of Franklin.

It's all part of planned expansions that have been in the works since 2015. In 2019, the Ramsey team moved into its first 200,000 square-foot building that includes a bookstore and coffee shop for guests watching "The Ramsey Show."

Construction on the new building is expected to be completed by May 2021.
