SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) -- Disney Channel actor Stoney Westmoreland, who appears in a series filmed in Utah, was arrested Friday in Salt Lake City and is accused of enticing a minor.

Court documents state Westmoreland, 48, sent pornographic images and asked to engage in sex acts with a person he believed to be 13 years old.

For this reason, Westmoreland was also charged with four counts of dealing in material harmful to a minor, a probable cause statement reads.

He was arrested after reportedly arranging to meet the person he believed to be a minor at a Salt Lake City hotel near 1300 South Major St.

Salt Lake City police confirmed Westmoreland is associated with Disney Channel. An IMDb profile identifies Stoney Westmoreland as an actor in Disney Channel series "Andi Mack." A post on the Utah Film Commission's website confirms the show films in Utah, and began airing in April 2017.

Westmoreland was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on Friday and held on a bond of $30,000.

Police say Disney is cooperating with the investigation.
