'The fight goes on' as Elizabeth Warren's dog steals a burrito

While Senator Elizabeth Warren was making news on March 5 for suspending her presidential run, her golden retriever Bailey was in a Cambridge, Massachusetts, campaign office making headlines for stealing a burrito.

Warren’s press secretary Gabrielle Farrell shared a clip of Bailey with lumps of food sticking out of his mouth, as people hold him and try to get him to spit some of it out. “Bailey legit just swiped someone’s burrito,” Farrell wrote.

The clip was shared hours after Warren publicly announced she was stepping out of the race for the Democratic nomination.

Speaking earlier to campaign staff, Warren said: “Our work continues, the fight goes on, and big dreams never die.”
