IRVING, Texas (STORYFUL) - Police officers in Irving, Texas, rescued a family from an overturned vehicle on June 28, and bodycam footage released on July 12 captured the dramatic incident.

The video, shared by the Irving Police Department, shows Officers Elliott and Jandrew at the scene, as well as a number of good Samaritans who stopped to help.

One of the officers is seen smashing the rear window of the car as other people hold it up. The officer can be heard telling a little girl to cover her eyes before he smashes the window to get her out. Police said an adult and three children were in the vehicle. Nobody was injured, they said.
