Hot bear summer: Grizzly lounges in stream at Denver Zoo

DENVER (STORYFUL)- One of Denver Zoo’s grizzly bears decided to beat the heat by lounging in the stream at her enclosure, footage shared by the zoo on August 25 shows.

The video captured resident grizzly Tundra splashing about in the stream at the zoo’s Harmony Hill bear enclosure. According to the post, this behavior is “very natural”.

Staff has worked extensively to help Tundra adjust to a new routine since the loss of her long-time companion Kootenai in July.
