BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. (STORYFUL) - Scuba divers in Florida’s Broward County set a world record for the largest mass subaquatic cleanup of a section of the seabed on June 15.

Footage shared by Jack Fishman shows some of the 633 scuba divers who took part in the cleanup near the Deerfield Beach International Fishing Pier.

Guinness adjudicator Michael Empric conducted the official head count on Saturday morning, with divers staying in the water for at least 15 minutes to ensure they were counted, the Sun Sentinel reported.
