Positivity spreads among Americans during coronavirus outbreak

WASHINGTON (SBG) - The coronavirus outbreak has left many in unspeakable pain across the United States from severe illnesses or even the sudden loss of loved ones.

While this uncertain time can be unbearable, original stories of positivity from around the country have helped Americans push forward.

A photographer in Savannah, Georgia is using her free time to take quarantine photos and then donating all of the money.

Some nursing students atSt. Luke's College of Nursing in Iowa,along with faculty and staff, are spreading some positivity by decorating windows on college buildings to cheer patients at UnityPoint Health-St. Luke's Hospital.

Meanwhile, a Rhode Island teen is supporting hundreds of frontline workers and first responders by designing and assembling face shields from his basement. Dylan Desrosiers, 17, of North Attleboro, has donated over 500 face shields to local police stations, fire departments and Attleboro’s Sturdy Memorial Hospital.
