PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (CBS12) — Port St. Lucie Police arrested and charged a woman with driving under the influence after seeing her driving with four flat tires.
According to the report, the arresting officer saw a woman at the wheel of a 2012 Honda driving down NW Bayshore Boulevard. The car was going 5-10 miles per hour in a 40 mph zone and had a long line of cars behind it. The police officer pulled over the driver who had a child in a car seat in the back.
