Woman calls 911 after possum sneaks into bedroom

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office takes a number of intruder calls, but one recent 911 emergency turned out to be a bit different from the rest.

The sheriff's office said an elderly woman called 911 to report a possum broke into her bedroom. The tiny creature crawled into her dresser and wouldn't leave.

Deputies responded and gave the poor fella a ride to more familiar surroundings.
