SEATTLE -- The Space Needle is quadrupling its glass cleaning staff as they near the completion of their $100 million renovation.

With 176 tons of glass added to the observation deck and a new 37-ton rotating glass floor, there are now 20,000 square feet of glass at the iconic attraction.

And with more than 1.3 million visitors every year, the glass needs to be cleaned...a lot.

Do you have what it takes to be a Space Needle glass keeper?

Lead Glass Handler Paul Best says it requires you not to be afraid of heights and to have a personable personality.

Best also shares what the worst part of cleaning the glass is.

"The worst thing is lipstick...I hate the lipstick," he said.
