WATCH: Nashville boy jumps with bear at Nashville Zoo

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A Nashville boy is spreading joy across the internet after he jumped along with a bear at the Nashville Zoo.

Ian, 5, went to the zoo with his dad Patrick Parker. The family has a membership to the Nashville Zoo and visits often.

Parker said they wanted to check out the new Andean bear exhibit on their most recent visit. While at the exhibit, Luka the Andean bear was out to play.

When the bear jumped into the water, Ian and several other children started jumping up and down. Parker said Luka the bear then came over to the glass and started to jump along with them.

Parker said this was part of a 10-minute jumping session so both Ian and Luka were a little tired by the end.
