BIG BEAR VALLEY, Calif. (KMPH) - The countdown is on!
A pair of bald eagles is expected to hatch within the next several days in Big Bear Valley. That's northeast of San Bernardino.
The Friends of Big Bear Valley said the first egg was laid on Jan. 3, so it's expected to hatch on Thursday or Friday. The second egg was laid on Jan. 6, so it's expected to hatch on Saturday.
KMPH is told both mom and dad are in the picture and will take turns until the eaglets are out.
