CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A jury at Levenski Crossty's trial spent more than two hours deliberating his fate Thursday afternoon, February 9.

Crossty faces several charges including felonious assault and kidnapping. A video released gave a closer look at the dramatic scene that unfolded at a McDonald's drive thru window.

Cameras at the Sayler Park McDonald's were rolling when Levenski Crossty pulled up to the window. Jessica Wilson was in the passenger seat, holding her 2-year-old daughter. Her three other children were in the back seat.

At one point Wilson jumped from the car with the toddler in her arms and the video showed Crossty jumping out after her. But Wilson kept trying to get away from him. She struggled to get around the back of the car, while a McDonald's worker reached out of the window and made a desperate attempt to grab the 2-year-old girl.

The video showed Crossty grab the child, jump back in the car and take off, leaving Wilson behind.

The prosecutor described events leading up to the video as a "night of terror" for the mother and child, after Crossty broke into a home where Wilson was staying and allegedly forced her and her children into the vehicle. Crossty's attorney said he drove away to protect the children from Wilson.

The jury will resume deliberations Friday morning, February 10.
