(KUTV) If pornography in Utah is a public health crisis, lawyers in the state may be taking a sick day today.

An image of a topless woman went out to lawyers across the Beehive State on Monday as part of a promotion of the group's spring convention in St. George, Utah.

The Salt Lake Tribune spoke with bar communication director Matt Page who said the group is investigating how the image was sent out.

“We are aware of the situation,” Page said. “We’re investigating how it got out.”

Page said the image was not part of the email that he prepared. A follow-up email was sent and the group apologized within 30 minutes of the inadvertent image of exposed breasts.

“We are horrified,” executive director John Baldwin told the Tribune. "Our goal is to find out what happened and ensure it never happens again.”
