The TSA was apparently in a tizzy over what some officers found with a passenger getting ready to board a flight.

Gotta give the security experts props for writing.(The upper crust at The National Desk appreciates that kind of stuff.)

On the serious side, the TSA said only products approved by the FDA or “contain no more than 0.3 percent THC on a dry weight basis” are approved.

Otherwise, “Marijuana and certain cannabis-infused products, including some Cannabidiol (CBD) oil, remain illegal under federal law.”

The TSA said its screening procedures are focused on security, so it doesn’t search for drugs.

But officers are required to report any suspected violations of law to law enforcement officers.
