MAURY COUNTY, Tenn. (WZTV) — A tiny town in Tennessee that sounds like something out of "Schitt's Creek" is on the market.

You could own Water Valley, a tiny town nestled in Maury County, for $725,000.

The "town" includes four pre-1900 built general stores, a barn and a home on the creek.

An online listing says the area for sale covers 7 acres and hope the potential buyer will get creative - even opening a bed and breakfast or something similar.
