FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) — A heartfelt final sign-off was heard over the Fresno Police Department scanner on Friday.
Officer Dave Garza and his wife Judy Garza, a dispatcher with Fresno PD in California had the honor to log each other off for the last time.
After 34 years with the department, Officer Garza has reached the finish line of his career. Throughout the decades of work, he held many roles and wore many hats.
Fresno PD Emergency Service Dispatcher, Judy Garza is also hanging up her headset.
It has been a privilege and honor to be the voice that you, as officers hear," said Judy.
To the Garza’s, happy retirement!
