SAN ANTONIO-- It's an image that's hard to unsee. A man has exposed himself to people at least 15 times in Stone Oak and he still hasn't been caught.

Police shared an image of the man in hopes of identifying the serial flasher. They say the man is becoming more aggressive, and they are hoping the public can help identify him.

“These cases, he's completely naked to his ankles,” said Sgt. Michelle Ramos of the San Antonio Police Department, referring to the images of the man.

Police are investigating 15 cases of indecent exposure, linking the man to each one. He's seen in one photo almost completely naked, wearing black shoes, a baseball cap, sunglasses, and a camouflage bandana over his face.

He's accused of approaching women primarily at medical facilities in the Stone Oak area between 5 and 6:30 a.m. and exposing himself.

“We do know of an incident where he actually went into the facility, he exposed himself, he touched himself,” Sgt. Ramos told us.

Sergeant Ramos says the man has been doing this since late 2016 and now he's becoming more daring.

“This individual, he's causing concern because he had become a little more aggressive in the sense that he stayed outside at first and now he is actually going into the location and exposing himself,” explained Sgt. Ramos.

Many people in the area who didn't want to go on camera told us they are being vigilant and are prepared if he does make an unwanted visit.

Police say the man is heavy set, between 40 and 50 years old, about 5 feet, 9 inches tall, and weighs approximately 250 pounds. They believe this man drives a black or blue Toyota Tundra.
