If you can stay off your phone for a month, you could win $10K

UNDATED (WKRC) — Many of us can't imagine living without our phones -- but, if you manage it for a month, you could win a huge prize.

Siggi's Dairy, which specializes in Icelandic-style yogurt, is offering $10,000 to participants who can do it as part of its Digital Detox Program.

"We believe in the power of living a simpler life with fewer distractions," the company's website reads. "One of the biggest distractions in our lives today is our phone.In fact, the average person spends 5.4 hours on their phones each day!"

So, if you successfully keep away from the screen, you'll also win a smartphone lockbox and a flip phone with a one-month pre-paid sim card.

As an added bonus, selected participants who win will receive three months' worth of Siggi's yogurt.
