NORMAN, Okla. (KOKH) — The Oklahoma Sooners will be sporting some new uniforms for the 2018 college football season.
The Sooners debuted their new Jordan Brand uniforms on Monday morning. A tweet sent out by the football program said "same tradition, the next evolution."
OU becomes the third college football program to make the switch to Jordan Brand, joining Michigan and North Carolina. Florida will also make the switch this season.
"Oklahoma has cultivated a reputation of hard work, dedication and commitment that aligns with the core values of Michael Jordan and the Jordan Brand," said Jordan Brand President Larry Miller.
Being an extension of Nike, don't expect too many changes to the Sooners' uniforms, aside from the "Jumpman" logo on the front. In videos and photos, the uniforms look pretty much the same as they did last season.
