Watch: Puppy wish comes true for boy battling brain tumor

WASHINGTON (TND) — An 11-year-old boy battling a brain tumor had his dream come true when Make-A-Wish Nebraska got him a corgi puppy he had long wished for.

In an emotional video, 11-year-old Elijah is standing at the end of his driveway with his mother when his Wish Granter shows him the puppy. Elijah breaks out in tears in unbelief.

Make-A-Wish Nebraska stated in a social media post that Elijah "knew exactly the type of dog he wanted – a black, brown and white corgi puppy" so that was exactly what he got.

"He even had a named picked out, Tucker!"Make-A-Wish Nebraska wrote in the post.

The puppy was brought to Elijah on Feb. 20. which is National Love Your Pet Day.
