PENSACOLA, Fla. (WEAR) — Three people are facing charges after police said they walked out on a bar tab in downtown Pensacola on Sunday.
According to an arrest report, 23-year-old Peter Mark Swisshelm and two others ordered drinks at Seville Quarter and then left without paying.
Pensacola police found the trio at World of Beer. Shortly after, Swisshelm began wrestling with officers and security staff, according to the arrest report.
The arrest report said an officer had to tackle him to the ground to keep him from running.
Swisshelm has been charged with assault on an officer, defrauding an innkeeper, and resisting arrest.
Kimberly Goodwin and Katelyn O'Brien were also arrested. They've been charged with defrauding an innkeeper.
