LAKE CITY, S.C. (WPDE) - Christopher Allen Jackson, 25, is charged with simple possession of marijuana and possession with intent to distribute scheduled two controlled substances, after 108 oxycodone pills and 5 grams of marijuana were found in a car earlier this week as he was driving on Highway 52 in Lake City, according to Lake City Police Chief Kip Coker.

Coker said when the officer showed Jackson the drug evidence and asked him if he had any knowledge of any of the drugs, Jackson said, "Yeah, it’s mine, let’s go to jail.”

He added Jackson was then taken into custody.

He’s being held at the Florence County Detention Center.
