SPRINGVILLE, Utah (KUTV) — The current median sale price for a home in Utah is $375,000. The price for Utah's most-expensive home currently on the market is roughly 12,700% higher than the state's median -- coming in with a whopping $48 million price tag.

The17,493 sq. ft. mansion was built in 2007 as a vacation home for a family from Arizona. The home's backyard is a massive 3,387 acre playground at the back of the left fork of Hobble Creek Canyon in Springville, Utah.
The realtor listing the property, Kerry Oman, gave 2News Special Projects Producer Adam Forgie an exclusive tour of the mansion as well as a small portion of the nearly 3,400 acre backyard.
