MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WZTV) - A Mufreesboro mailman has figured out just the way to beat the heat this summer.

Jamie Darnell Hall showed off his cool dance moves over the weekend.

Video taken by Sara Simon Logan shows Hall holding a bag of ice while dancing to Vanilla Ice's "Ice, Ice Baby."

Summer officially starts June 20.
