CADILLAC, Mich. (WWMT) — An unusual discovery gave Michigan State Police a hand during their Adopt-a-Highway cleanup.
As Cadillac troopers were busy cleaning up US-131 last week, they stumbled upon a rubber hand in the rubble, according to a post on Twitter.
"They’re not writing citations. They’re literally cleaning the freeway. They had an interesting find...it’s rubber," state police said.

Troopers packed the realistic-looking rubber appendage in a plastic bag.
