Man jailed in fight over grass clippings

STUART, Fla. (WPEC) - A fight over grass clippings ended with one man in jail.

Stuart Police say David Frank Stass exploded in anger when lawn clippings from a landscaping crew began sticking to his car.

Stass, according to police, pulled out a .45 Ruger pistol and pointed it at some of the workers, who called 911.

Police had Stass in handcuffs minutes later.

Stass faces two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
