A random pickup game at an LA Fitness in Sterling, Virginia ended with a police officer at the scene after a man allegedly called the cops because of a "hard foul."

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office was contacted, and an officer arrived to the fitness center located in the 21000 block of Dulles Town Circle.

According to the Loudoun County Sheriff's incident report, the officer stated both players admitted that they "fouled" each other while playing basketball. Neither person wanted to file a report after the officer offered the option.

The report adds LA Fitness management gave both players another chance to keep the game civil. If not they will both be removed from the gym for the day.

"Today for the first time in my life....I experienced someone call the police because they got fouled hard in basketball," a witness at the gym tweeted.
