LOS ANGELES, Calif. (FOX26 NEWS) — For the El Diamante High School Choir, their trip to New York didn't start out as planned.
Their flight got delayed due to "staffing issues" and they would have to hop on a bus to Arizona to catch a red-eye flight to the Big Apple on Friday.
However, while the choir was waiting in baggage claim at LAX they decided to do what they do best. They decided to sing.
Jeff Hohne, El Diamante High School Principal says, "he's extremely proud of the kids, parents, and administrators on the trip. They could be complaining but instead, they decided to make the out it and are having fun."
The group is heading to New York to perform in six concerts in six days.
