Live like a toy: Airbnb offers life-size Polly Pocket home for nostalgic stays

LITTLETON, Mass (TND) — A popular toy from the 90s is making a comeback in the form of a rental property.

Polly Pocket is returning as a 42-foot tall two-story home that guests can rent out inMassachusetts.

AirBnB is giving its customers the chance to experience what it's like to live in a compact Polly Pocket world in honor of the toy's 35th year anniversary.

Vacationers can experience a pocket full of nostalgia with accessories for hair and nails and a campsite just feet away.

The home is a life-size replica in Littleton is of the original 1994 Polly Pocket compact, saidspokeswoman, Ali Killam.

Guests can book a single-night stays from September 12 to 14 for $89 per person.

Bookings open on August 21.

For those who just want to book a play date at the house can rent it for 2 hours for up to 12 guests.

Over the summer, AirBnB introduced "Icons," a new category for big pop culture names, Killam told WBFF.

"These stays are meant to be super immersive and take you into worlds you might of only ever imagined in your mind," said Killam.
