Maryland man named Booze arrested on drugs and weapons charges

GLEN BURNIE, Md. (WJLA) - After the execution of search warrants at a home and an auto repair business, a Glen Burnie man has been arrested on drugs and weapons charges.

Thomas William Booze, 26, faces numerous charges after police seized “a Glock 29 handgun that had the serial number destroyed, an American Tactical 45 Caliber handgun, 66.48 grams of cocaine/crack cocaine with an estimated street value of $6,648.00, 87 oxycodone pills with an estimated street value of $870.00 and a large sum of U.S. Currency,” according to a statement from Anne Arundel County Police.

The search warrants were carried out at an apartment in the 6900 block of Smithy Square and at All About Auto, an auto repair business in the 7200 block of Furnace Branch Road in Glen Burnie.

Charges against Booze include:

  • Possession of crack cocaine
  • Possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine
  • Possession of cocaine
  • Possession with intent to distribute cocaine
  • Possession of Oxycodone
  • Possession with intent to distribute Oxycodone
  • Illegally possessing ammunition
  • CDS distribute with Firearm
  • Firearm use/felony crime
  • Illegally possess regulated firearm
  • Knowingly alter firearm ID number
