Disgruntled employee damages $225,000 worth of water pipes, police say

A frustrated part-time employee created hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of damage after "maliciously' drilling holes into his job's waterpipes.

According to the Port St. Lucie Police Department in Florida, 53-year-old Richard Terrazas became disgruntled with his job and drilled holes into 250 water pipes causing $225,000 worth of damages.

Upon the officers' arrival, Terrazas had already left the job site, according to police.

Officers say they have a warrant out for Terrazas' arrest for charges of criminal mischief after following up on the June 16 incident.
