"Discolored water" leaking into Baltimore's Inner Harbor

BALTIMORE (WBFF) -- Baltimore Fire Department officials are investigating the leak of an unknown substance in the Inner Harbor.

The “discolored water” started seeping into the harbor on Thursday morning near the amphitheater.

The Baltimore Office of Emergency Management says they are aware and are monitoring the situation.

Fire officials say there is no hazard to those walking around on the pavilion. Department of Public Works says testing done on Wednesday was negative for sewage and more tests are being done to find the source of the leak.
