Caught on cam: Skier narrowly misses bear on slopes at Lake Tahoe resort

LAKE TAHOE, Calif. (KRNV/KRXI) — You'll bear-ly believe this. It was an unusual day for skiers and boarders at a Lake Tahoe ski resort on Sunday when they had quite the encounter with Mother Nature.
TikTok user Tao Feng (@tao7570) captured a large bear run across the mountainside on the Ridgerun Trail at Heavenly Ski Resort.
Feng told media outlets he was skiing down the run at about 11 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 10 when the bear came charging out of the woods.
Luckily no one collided with the bear and Feng said he felt better about the situation when he saw the bear was reunited with its mother on the other side of the trail.
