CAMERON COUNTY, Texas (WKRC) - The wildly popular adult card game Cards Against Humanity (CAH) filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk's SpaceX for allegedly trespassing on a plot of land CAH owned.

Cards Against Humanity has done various iconic public stunts since the game's creation, including temporarily producing potato chips, purchasing an island off the coast of Maine for public use and calling it Hawaii 2, and on one Black Friday even sold a car for $97.

In 2017 the company continued their antics by purchasing an area of land on the border between Mexico and the United States as an explicit attempt to stop or stall the creation of "racist billionaire Donald Trump's very stupid wall," according to the company.

The purchase was crowd-funded by fans, more specifically 150,000 people paid CAH $15 to purchase the parcel of land.

"Unfortunately, an even richer, more racist billionaire -- Elon Musk -- snuck up on us from behind and completely f---ed that land with gravel, tractors, and space garbage," Cards Against Humanity wrote on a website it created for the lawsuit called cahsuesmusk.com.

According to the company, SpaceX decided to use the already owned (but entirely vacant lot) to store materials for a nearby construction project.

"After we caught him, SpaceX gave us a 12-hour ultimatum to accept a lowball offer for less than half our land's value," the website read. "We said, 'Go f--- yourself, Elon Musk. We'll see you in court.'"

The company is sticking to its guns, and has uploaded the entire lawsuit court document for the public to view on the website.

The lawsuit isn't just an attempt to get the land back, the company said, but rather to "un-f--- the damage [Elon Musk] has done to our reputation," CAH said.

Although getting the land back is certainly important to the company, it said it was more concerned with its "longstanding reputation as a company that makes outrageous promises and actually keeps them,."

CAH's lawsuit against SpaceX is for $150 million, which would be redistributed to the original 150,000 investors at $100 each. On the website, CAH even encourages investors to post about the lawsuit and tag @elonmusk with the tag #ElonOwesMe100Bucks.

At the bottom of the website, CAH said, "We will also accept Twitter.com as compensation."
