All eyes in the media, election watchers and fervent supporters of Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump are on eight states: Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona, Nevada and Iowa.

The first seven states in that list have been singled out for months if not years as the ones that will swing the presidential election for Harris or Trump, with Iowa now possibly in play according to the gold standard Selzer poll for the Des Moines Register.

Washington insider Armstrong Williams, speaking to The National News Desk from outside the Capitol on this Election Day, said that while he is watching all of those states, Pennsylvania -- the Keystone State -- is the key to the White House.

"If Trump were to win Pennsylvania, it's over. I don't think the vice president can win Georgia or North Carolina, but she has her troops on the ground and the Democrats do a lot better job on Election Day of getting their troops out to vote."
