Trump campaign says Black men no longer feel like they have a place in Democratic party

Former President Donald Trump made great gains among all non-white voters Tuesday night, including with Latinos and Black men -- despite the Harris campaign's fixed, sometimes heavy handed, pursuit of that group.

Janiyah Thomas, the Black media engagement director for the Trump campaign, told The National News Desk, "Black men don't feel valued by the Democrat [sic] party. A lot of their policies have leaned heavily towards women and the LGBTQ community."

"So, I feel like a lot of Black men didn't feel like they had a place in the Democrat [sic] party but they saw a champion in Donald Trump."
