On the eve of Election Day, Vice President Kamala Harris is holding an event featuringperformances byLady Gaga, Ricky Martin, and The Roots, before rallying at Philadelphia’s Museum of the Arts' "Rocky Steps."

Several musicians and A-listers will join the Democratic presidential nominee to persuade voters at a concert and rally Monday night.

Harris will be joined by DJ Cassidy, Fat Joe, Freeway and Just Blaze, Lady Gaga, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Ricky Martin, The Roots, Jazmine Sullivan and Adam Blackstone and Oprah Winfrey, according to her campaign.

DJ Jazzy Jeff, Fat Joe and Oprah are expected to speak at the event, according to the event website.

Philadelphia Museum of Art will also be closed on Monday, a spokesperson for the Art Museum told CBS News.

Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff will join Harris in Philadelphia for the campaign stop. Earlier in the day, the two will also attend a Pittsburgh rally featuring performances by DJ D-Nice, Katy Perry and Andra Day.

"These artists and public figures are trusted voices for millions of Americans, who listen to their music, follow them on social media, or otherwise are inspired by them," the campaign said in the event announcement. The campaign added they believe that having public figures be part of these rallies and lay out the stakes of the 2024 election will encourage people who look up to them to go out and vote.

The rallies and concerts are part of a larger series of events the campaign is holding in all seven battleground states ahead of Election Day, according to the event announcement.

Former President Donald Trump is closing out what he says will be his last campaign day for the White House with a jam-packed schedule that includes four rallies across three battleground states.

He’ll begin Monday in Raleigh, North Carolina, underscoring the significance of a state he has visited the past three days.

He then heads to Pennsylvania — perhaps the biggest prize on the electoral map — for rallies in Reading and Pittsburgh.

He will end his night — and likely spend the early hours of Election Day morning — in Grand Rapids, Michigan. That’s a campaign tradition for the former president who also held last-day rallies there during his 2016 and 2020 campaigns.
