WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (WPEC) -- Vanilla Ice is rolling in the 5.0 again.
Not down A1A Beachfront Avenue, more like Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard.
The reality TV star and Wellington native rolled out the classic 5.0 Mustang from his hit video, "Ice Ice Baby," to the Cars & Coffee event at the Palm Beach Outlet Mall.
The classic car from the hit video has been restored.
Ice Ice Baby topped the charts in 1990 but he's still drawing crowds. One man drove down from Titusville with his daughter, just to meet Vanilla Ice and see the classic car.
"This is a nostalgic car that simulates pop culture as you know, a sign of times, the nineties had the neon colors, we had the Ninja Turtles, we had Beavis and Butthead, we got our movies at Blockbuster, we had cassette decks and we had more base than you can imagine in the backseat," said Vanilla Ice in an interview with CBS12 News digital content producer Gary Detman.
Vanilla Ice let Sinclair Broadcast Group's Gary Detman take a seat in the classic car. Watch the interview below.
By the way, Vanilla Ice is coming out with a new show. It'll be called Mystical Rides with Vanilla Ice. It'll debut on the History Channel later this year.
