Tony Shalhoub and his wife reveal they contracted, recovered from coronavirus

WASHINGTON (SBG) -- Tony Shalhoub has revealed he and his wife have recovered from the coronavirus.

Known for his role in the television series "Monk," the actor opened up about testing positive for COVID-19 on the new Peacock web series, "The At-Home Variety Show."

Shalhoub said it was a "rough few weeks." He said they are still hunkered down in New York City, where the virus has wreaked havoc, participating in the city's nightly ritual of cheering for frontline workers.
