Tom Brady raises possibility of coming out of retirement to fill Aaron Rodgers' position on the Jets

NEW YORK (TND) — While Tom Brady has consistently quashed rumors he would return to the NFL following his 2022 retirement, sports observers believe he may be softening on that position.

As the New York Jets reckon with the need for a new, star quarterback, following Aaron Rodgers' achilles' injury, Brady was asked about whether he might fill that slot on his "Let's Go" podcast.

Brady's co-host Jim Gray asked the five-time Super Bowl MVP whether the Jets had called and or if he was considering joining the Jets either way.

Observers have noted that Brady did not explicitly or emphatically say "no." Although it is not a "yes," it was not a complete shutdown of the idea.
